• A summary of the changes, including the introduction of a grace period, and changes to the standard applied in designs comparison
• The benefits of the changes, particularly for designers
• Upcoming changes, considering the Australia-UK FTA negotiations

This session is essential for ensuring IP lawyers are up-to-date and aware of the most recent designs legislation and processes.
