Join Anna Fischer, Growth and Wellbeing Manager at the Law Society of NSW, for a half-day in-person Capability Booster workshop on conflict resolution and trust building.  

This workshop will provide solicitors with evidence-informed strategies for managing their relationships with clients and colleagues, including how to address conflict and confrontation, how to initiate sensitive conversations, and how to embody trustworthiness, reliability, and open-mindedness throughout their professional interactions.  

Through tailored training, activities and discussion, these workshops aim to develop your proficiency in specific capabilities under the Law Society of NSW Solicitor Capability Framework. This Capability Booster workshop will target three capabilities: Communication and influence, Professionalism, and Solicitor-Client Relationships.
