Join Anna Fischer, Growth and Wellbeing Manager at the Law Society of NSW, for a half-day in-person Capability Booster workshop on inclusivity and diverse perspective taking.   

This workshop will outline a holistic approach to accessibility, diversity, and effective inclusion across a range of minority groups. Attendees will be provided with strategies to identify unconscious bias, techniques to address discrimination and tokenistic inclusivity, and guidance for implementing genuinely inclusive policies and behaviours in their workplace.  

Through tailored training, activities and discussion, these workshops aim to develop your proficiency in specific capabilities under the Law Society of NSW Solicitor Capability Framework. This Capability Booster workshop will target three capabilities: Cultural Awareness and Inclusion; Environmental and Social Responsibility; Empathy.
