Join Cathryn Urquhart for a half-day online Capability Booster workshop designed to strengthen intentional communication to mitigate common risks in legal practice.   

Participants will practise listening for clients’ needs, adapting to different communication styles, and delivering clear advice that confirms scope and expectations. The workshop also explores feedback and coaching tools that improve supervision, reduce errors and rework, and support stronger collaboration across matters. 

Through tailored training, activities and discussion, the workshop aims to build proficiency under the Law Society of NSW Solicitor Capability Framework. This Capability Booster workshop will target three capabilities:  Communication and influence, Risk management, and Collaboration.
