This webinar will provide a practical, legally focused examination of domestic and family violence where animals are involved, including the implications across family law, criminal law and animal welfare law.  

The discussion will support practitioners working in highrisk, highcomplexity areas and will include insights from the work of Lucy’s Project - a nationally recognised organisation working at the intersection of domestic and family violence, law reform, animal welfare, and victim-survivor safety. 

This course is delivered complimentary to members.
